Mike is a senior manager with over 20 years of experience ranging from the Pharmaceutical (manufacturing) to the Insurance sector (non-manufacturing). Blackbelt trained in LeanSigma, accredited in change management and a MSc graduate of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (Cardiff Business) he has external and internal business improvement consultancy experience with a proven track record of delivering results in business improvement initiatives.

Mike has substantial experience of managing complex projects and facilitating cross functional teams in large and complex international organisations. He has a comprehensive understanding and practical application experience of LeanSigma techniques and Change Management methodologies. Mike has led a number of projects in the areas of strategic planning, continuous improvement, people development, organisational re-design and business change optimisation. 

Other than his professional qualifications Mike has completed formal training in the areas of LeanSigma, Lean, Consulting Techniques, Change Management and Facilitation. He has defined, constructed and delivered a variety of improvement orientated workshops to multiple client groups from Advocate to Senior Leadership level.

Mike has received several prestigious awards for delivering a continuous high level of achievement against objectives and the exemplary use and promotion of Core Values and Leadership / Management Practices.
